Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
1. Accepting These Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Use of our Services is void where prohibited by law. By accessing or using our Services, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any party you represent.
You may not access or use our Services if you are a competitor of Lestoil®, except with our prior written consent. You may not use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notification on the Services. You can see when these Terms were last updated by checking the “Last Updated” date at the top.
Your continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Services.
3. Your Lestoil® Account
To access certain features and functionality, you may be required to register for a Lestoil® account.
When you open an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Lestoil® account and any other actions taken through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Only one Lestoil® account is allowed per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any accounts that appear duplicative or violate these Terms.
4. Ordering Products on Our Services
Our Services allow you to purchase Lestoil® brand cleaning products. When ordering products through our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to pay all amounts owed.
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders through our Services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Availability of products on our Services does not indicate they are available for immediate delivery. We will provide an estimated delivery date during checkout. We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify product details and prices at any time.
You agree to pay all costs incurred by you or on your behalf through our Services, including any applicable taxes. We may bill your credit card or collect payment upon shipment or delivery.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange for shipment of any products purchased through the Services to you at the shipping address provided during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only – we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. We are not liable for delays in shipments caused by events outside of our control. If an order is undeliverable, you may incur return shipping costs.

6. Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange it for another product within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at [email protected] and providing order details.
You must return the item to us in new condition with original packaging and accessories. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We will refund you the purchase price minus shipping costs within 10 business days of receiving the eligible return item. Refunds are issued in the original payment method.
Some items are non-refundable, including clearance, promotional, personalized, or final sale items. Please review return policy details for the specific item.
7. User Content
The Services allow you to upload, submit, or publish reviews, ratings, photos, videos, questions and other user generated content (“User Content“).
You retain full ownership of your User Content. When you post User Content, however, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, and otherwise exploit the User Content in all formats and channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and Lestoil’s business and on third-party sites and services).
You confirm that you own or have sufficient rights over the User Content you share to grant us these rights, and that our use as described in these Terms will not violate any third party rights. Do not share personal information or content you do not have rights to.
We may remove or modify User Content without notice for any reason. Never rely on User Content as advice or guidance. User Content does not represent the views of Lestoil®.
8. Copyright & Trademark
Our Services and content are protected by copyright laws. You may not scrape, modify, duplicate, copy, sell, lease, lend, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise make unauthorized use of our Services or content.
The Lestoil® name, logo, and other related trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and product names are our trademarks and/or trade dress. Do not copy or use them without our permission.

9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree only to use our Services only for their intended purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from prohibited conduct, including:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lestoil®, our affiliates, vendors, and licensors, as well as the officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns of each (the “Lestoil® Parties”), from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, fines, fees, penalties and expenses arising out of or related to:
- Your access to and use of our Services;
- Your User Content;
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
- Your violation of any third party rights, including third party intellectual property rights;
- Any content, product, service, or advertisement made available through your account;
- Negligent or willful misconduct by you or those accessing our Services through your account; and
- Any other party’s access or use of our Services with your account credentials.
13. Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms will be finally settled in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue using our Services.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lestoil® with respect to your access and use of our Services.
Waivers: Any consent by Lestoil® to, or waiver of, a breach by you, whether express or implied, does not constitute a consent to or waiver of any other different or subsequent breach.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations herein without the prior written consent of Lestoil®. We may freely assign these Terms.
No Third Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not confer any third party beneficiary rights except as expressly provided.
Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
